We were greeted from a very polite and funny rezeptionist on Tuesday. Everything went great from our side and we decided to come back 2 days later. As we are surprised, the Security was very unfriendly and rude to one of our guys. He is not allowed to smoke, only players do? What is that rule? We know how to follow rules, but his tone tells everything. I work in a casino as well and i know what i am talking about. We don't talk like that to our guests. There is a reason why nobody visits your casino even on high season. It is because of your rude and arrogant employees. I have never seen such as in any casino i visited worldwide. You should consider sending some of your employees into a seminar like "Friendliness and Humanity subject. Maybe it would help.
Second by the size casino in the city. Free drinks for players. Various games available. Nicely decorated place. In the center of the city. Taxi station is close to the entrance.
this is the only casino where you can drink and hang out with your friends because other bars or restaurants are closed early here in town while watching sports betting and playing live games and the employees here are kind and reliable. I recommend this casino to tourists like me!
